Alber Elbaz admires Lisa’s signature strand while she tries on his tulle-wrapped take on the classic.”</p> <p>The Simpsons is one of my <em>favorite</em> shows so naturally I loved this spread in Harper’s Bazaar back in August 2007. Illustrator Julius Preite’s interpretation of Alber Elbaz is spot on - right down to his signature floppy purple bow tie. If you haven’t seen the <a href="http://www.notcot.com/archives/2007/07/simpsons-coutur.php" target="_blank">entire spread</a> be sure to check it out as it features scenes dreamed up with Marc Jacobs, Viktor & Rolf, Donatella Versace and Karl Lagerfeld at Chanel.
